A small dinner-bill calculator from Brenquila.

Someone at the table ordered dessert and nobody else did. How do I handle that?

Open Names & extras under the calculator and type the extra amount next to that person. It goes on their share only; everyone else splits the rest evenly. Clear extras puts everybody back to equal shares.

Why does each share look a little higher than I expected?

Round-up is probably on. Every share then goes up to the next whole unit of your currency, and the summary shows the added amount on its own line. You can switch it off in the Custom rate sheet to see exact figures.

I got a new phone and my saved tables are gone.

Saved tables live only on the phone where you made them. There is no account and nothing is uploaded, so they can't move to another device. Deleting the app also deletes them.

Does the app pay people for me?

No. It only does the arithmetic and lets you tick off who has settled up. Money moves however your group usually pays each other.
